About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead AI Solutions Delivery across product, delivery, architecture, and technical teams
Own the portfolio roadmap, execution plan, priorities, and delivery outcomes across multiple organizations
Connect business strategy, technology capability, data needs, and operational priorities into one execution roadmap
Partner with business and technology leaders to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-value AI opportunities
Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, dependencies, risks, and barriers
Establish governance, metrics, operating rhythms, and accountability across the AI portfolio
Lead and supervise IT professionals across Agile, Software Design and Delivery, Tech Business Support, Database, Systems Architecture and Engineering, Systems Technical Support, and Software Delivery Project/Program Management
Drive development, delivery, and optimization of IT operations aligned with organizational goals and innovation

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of related experience in the area of professional responsibility
5+ years in a technology architect and/or developer role
5+ years of experience managing direct reports
Strategic leadership driving execution and delivery discipline
Experience developing high-performing delivery teams
Ability to manage complex portfolios, roadmaps, risks, and dependencies
Ability to turn operational challenges into measurable AI solutions
Ability to simplify complexity and deliver large-scale transformation
Ability to drive alignment and rapid solutioning
Ability to partner across teams to drive alignment and strategic direction
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Computer Science is preferred, not required
Must not require employer sponsorship now or in the future
