About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create meaningful connections with every customer through personalized sales expertise
Meet sales targets and earn commission using AT&T products and services
Guide customers through product and service options using a consultative sales approach
Participate in community events
Fill online orders
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
Work scheduled shifts between 9am and 9pm, including weekends

Requirements

What you’ll need

Speak Spanish and English
Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
Availability for a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends
Flexibility and openness to change in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work 20 hours weekly
