About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage executive relationships with AT&T's largest national MDU and SFU customers
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for assigned national customer portfolios
  • Develop and execute account strategies aligned with customer objectives and Connected Communities growth priorities
  • Maintain understanding of portfolio performance, customer priorities, contract obligations, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities
  • Develop executive-level relationships with property owners, operators, and builder leadership teams
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews, executive planning sessions, and customer engagement activities
  • Support contract negotiations, marketing agreement renewals, and portfolio retention strategies
  • Identify opportunities to expand AT&T's presence within existing customer assets
  • Identify and mitigate risks affecting customer satisfaction, renewals, and growth
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Property Acquisition, Construction, and Care organizations to improve fiber penetration, subscriber growth, and portfolio performance
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources to resolve escalations, remove barriers, and execute strategic initiatives
  • Develop and manage sales opportunities to meet targets
  • Plan and manage sales events, including budget management
  • Lead customer presentations and executive business reviews
  • Mentor less experienced peers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of sales-related experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of sales principles, practices, products, and services
  • Ability to manage mid-size to large, complex customer portfolios with moderate supervision
  • Advanced data analysis skills
  • Creative problem-solving and sound judgment
  • Ability to lead customer presentations and executive business reviews
  • Ability to develop executive-level relationships with property owners, operators, and builder leadership teams
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional resources and influence across organizations without direct reporting authority
  • Ability to meet customers at their locations and travel to/from customer premises for sales activities
  • Ability to communicate with customers via phone, teleconference, and email
  • Ability to prepare proposals, presentations, and bids, including pricing and strategic plans
  • Ability to research customer businesses and industries to identify new sales opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired
