About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop network layouts, ensure compliance, perform capacity planning and manage site equipment
  • Monitor and optimize network performance to accommodate network growth and change, troubleshoot issues and analyze data and perform optimization and capacity management
  • Finding, securing, and preparing locations for the installation of network infrastructure to include supplier, vendor and contract management with financial and budgetary oversight
  • Coordinate stakeholders, suppliers, vendors, employees, and/or contractors to implement SARCs on new or existing site builds for Macro, Small Cell, and In-Building locations
  • Develop and manage complex technical project plans, quality management, and process improvements to continuously improve network performance and reliability

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 + years of related experience in area of professional responsibility
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) or equivalent experience preferred
  • Supervisor: Yes
  • This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&T compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function.
