About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop network layouts, ensure compliance, perform capacity planning and manage site equipment
Monitor and optimize network performance to accommodate network growth and change, troubleshoot issues and analyze data and perform optimization and capacity management
Finding, securing, and preparing locations for the installation of network infrastructure to include supplier, vendor and contract management with financial and budgetary oversight
Coordinate stakeholders, suppliers, vendors, employees, and/or contractors to implement SARCs on new or existing site builds for Macro, Small Cell, and In-Building locations
Develop and manage complex technical project plans, quality management, and process improvements to continuously improve network performance and reliability

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 + years of related experience in area of professional responsibility
Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) or equivalent experience preferred
Supervisor: Yes
This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&T compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function.
