About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual interfaces for learning platforms.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Create and maintain design standards, style guides, and design systems.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers, developers, LMS administrators, and stakeholders.
  • Optimize platform navigation, accessibility, and overall user experience.
  • Analyze learner feedback and engagement metrics to inform design decisions.
  • Support platform enhancements, testing, and release activities.
  • Ensure designs align with branding, accessibility, and governance standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • UI/UX design and human-centered design principles
  • User research and usability testing
  • Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools
  • Wireframing and prototyping
  • Information architecture and interaction design
  • Accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Data-driven design and analytics interpretation
  • Learning technologies and LMS platforms (Cornerstone preferred)
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Experience designing enterprise applications, learning platforms, or employee experiences.
  • Knowledge of LMS/LXP platforms and digital learning environments.
