About the role

  • Build a more connected world by transforming the sales experience and helping customers and products unite.
  • Inspire and guide a top-performing Mid Markets sales team to exceed their goals.
  • Foster effective client relationships and lead pivotal sales initiatives to maximize team success.
  • Allocate and manage sales territories to ensure optimal coverage and maximize business opportunities.
  • Direct, supervise, and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and feedback.

Requirements

  • Proven Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate sales teams to achieve or exceed targets.
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Strong skills in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Expertise in building, maintaining, and expanding client relationships.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess performance, resolve complex issues, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Sales Operations Experience: Familiarity with territory management, resource allocation, and sales plan execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 8+ years of related sales experience, including experience with business-to-business sales.
  • Strong understanding of AT&T’s solutions and market positioning in connectivity, technology, and communications.
  • Experience with hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in a complex business environment.
