About the role

  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and Git workflows to automate build, test, and deployment.
  • Coordinate and execute release activities, managing dependencies, risks, and schedules across teams.
  • Troubleshoot deployment issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes to ensure reliable releases.
  • Communicate release plans, timelines, and requirements clearly with stakeholders and leadership.
  • Lead release meetings, collaborate with development teams, and support on-call incident resolution.
  • Maintain release documentation, processes, and continuously recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in CI/CD pipeline development, deployment engineering, software release management, or related roles.
  • Strong hands-on skills with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git workflows, and scripting required (Python preferred).
  • Deep understanding of Java and Node.js microservices architecture, and Azure cloud fundamentals required.
  • Excellent project coordination and risk management abilities across complex releases.
  • Effective communication skills to engage technical teams and executive leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
