About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and supervise a team of IT professionals for the Business Intelligence and Insights function.
Drive data-driven strategies and insights to continually improve IT systems reliability and resiliency and reduce IT infrastructure costs.
Collaborate closely with senior leadership to deliver actionable insights that enhance operational performance and customer experience.
Define and execute the BI and Analytics strategy to support organizational goals for IT reliability and cost optimization.
Develop and maintain advanced reporting and dashboards using Power BI and other visualization tools.
Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership, including VPs and Officers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with hands-on technical expertise in BI and advanced analytics.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Proven experience managing teams and delivering enterprise-level BI solutions.
8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s preferred.
