About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and supervise a team of IT professionals for the Business Intelligence and Insights function.
- Drive data-driven strategies and insights to continually improve IT systems reliability and resiliency and reduce IT infrastructure costs.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to deliver actionable insights that enhance operational performance and customer experience.
- Define and execute the BI and Analytics strategy to support organizational goals for IT reliability and cost optimization.
- Develop and maintain advanced reporting and dashboards using Power BI and other visualization tools.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership, including VPs and Officers.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on technical expertise in BI and advanced analytics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Proven experience managing teams and delivering enterprise-level BI solutions.
- 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s preferred.
