About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and supervise a team of IT professionals for the Business Intelligence and Insights function.
  • Drive data-driven strategies and insights to continually improve IT systems reliability and resiliency and reduce IT infrastructure costs.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to deliver actionable insights that enhance operational performance and customer experience.
  • Define and execute the BI and Analytics strategy to support organizational goals for IT reliability and cost optimization.
  • Develop and maintain advanced reporting and dashboards using Power BI and other visualization tools.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership, including VPs and Officers.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on technical expertise in BI and advanced analytics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Proven experience managing teams and delivering enterprise-level BI solutions.
  • 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s preferred.
