About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create meaningful connections with every customer using personalized sales expertise
Meeting sales targets and earning commissions with AT&T’s full suite of products
Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options
Participating in community events and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers
Work a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm including weekends
Receive tools, training, and coaching to meet and exceed sales goals

Requirements

Bilingual in Spanish and English
Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
Flexibility and openness to change to stay current with evolving tech
