About the role
- Strategically develop and direct programs that enhance sales initiatives
- Oversee the allocation and distribution of sales leads to dealers within a designated territory.
- Collaborate closely with NAMs/dealers to understand their specific leads requirements and challenges.
- Analyze sales data and lead performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct training sessions for internal and external customers, focusing on effective lead management techniques.
- Monitor and assess the performance of dealers in region for lead conversion rates and sales productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dealers, and internal customers.
- Utilize and leverage NDSc reports on lead assignment effectiveness, dealer performance, dealer quality/compliance, and sales outcomes.
- Continuously own and evaluate lead management processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
- 3+ years of related experience.
- Certification is required in some areas.
