About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support end-to-end project execution, ensuring assigned projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to defined quality standards
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and project status reports to guide execution and track progress
Coordinate project resources and support planning activities that align workstreams to scope, schedule, budget, and business objectives
Communicate project updates to stakeholders, clients, and vendors, including facilitating meetings and helping manage expectations
Review project deliverables for quality, identify risks or issues, and support proactive resolution to keep projects on track
Support resource management, data analysis, reporting, and team collaboration activities as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of related experience
Bachelor’s degree desired
Certification is required in some areas
Experience resolving complex issues using broad and in-depth professional knowledge
Experience leading significant projects with strategic autonomy and implementing long-term plans that impact the organization
Experience mentoring less experienced staff and collaborating with senior leadership
