Key responsibilities & impact

Lead teams responsible for wireline network engineering, construction, implementation, optimization, and network transformation activities across a defined geography.
Drive safe, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of fiber and network infrastructure while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Oversee the planning, design, construction, implementation, and optimization of wireline network infrastructure.
Direct large-scale engineering and construction projects and programs.
Manage capital and expense budgets, workforce planning, and capacity management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, safety, cycle times, efficiency, and network performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
10+ years of related experience in wireline network engineering, construction, implementation, operations, telecommunications infrastructure, or a related field.
