About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need

  • High school education (some college is a bonus).
  • 2 years of related experience – customer service, billing, collections, loss prevention.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and all levels of management via telephone, chat, email, and in-person.
  • Experience using a Windows-based PC.
