About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Play a critical role in connecting customers to new services and protecting revenue losses.
- Review customer credit files and existing account activity to make approval decisions for new service activations.
- Spot trends and make sound business decisions that protect the company and customers from revenue losses associated with fraud and non-payment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Native / Bilingual Proficiency- highly fluent (native) in English comprehension, speaking and writing.
- High school education (some college is a bonus).
- 2 years of related experience – customer service, billing, collections, loss prevention.
- The ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and all levels of management via telephone, chat, email, and in-person.
- Experience using a Windows-based PC.
