About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support development, governance, and scaled deployment of the Finance Workbench product across enterprise use cases
Define and drive the long-term technical product vision, roadmap, governance, and execution for the Finance Workbench product
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise needs, customer requirements, market and technology trends, and business objectives
Deliver scalable, high-quality, customer-centric software solutions that support Finance transformation and enable consistent adoption across the enterprise
Establish and maintain product standards, governance processes, and evaluation frameworks
Guide product development by defining software requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature priorities
Support structured scaling of the Finance Workbench product by enabling repeatable delivery practices, promoting adoption, and ensuring solutions are complete, sustainable, and aligned with enterprise objectives
Serve as the voice of the customer by monitoring product performance, gathering feedback, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring the product delivers a high-quality user experience

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
5+ years of related experience
Experience in technical product management, financial systems, workflow automation, analytics platforms, or enterprise software delivery is preferred
Certification may be required in some areas
