About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support development, governance, and scaled deployment of the Finance Workbench product across enterprise use cases
- Define and drive the long-term technical product vision, roadmap, governance, and execution for the Finance Workbench product
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise needs, customer requirements, market and technology trends, and business objectives
- Deliver scalable, high-quality, customer-centric software solutions that support Finance transformation and enable consistent adoption across the enterprise
- Establish and maintain product standards, governance processes, and evaluation frameworks
- Guide product development by defining software requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature priorities
- Support structured scaling of the Finance Workbench product by enabling repeatable delivery practices, promoting adoption, and ensuring solutions are complete, sustainable, and aligned with enterprise objectives
- Serve as the voice of the customer by monitoring product performance, gathering feedback, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring the product delivers a high-quality user experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of related experience
- Experience in technical product management, financial systems, workflow automation, analytics platforms, or enterprise software delivery is preferred
- Certification may be required in some areas
