About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, quality standards, market needs, and strategic objectives.
- Lead research, design, testing, and development for residential and business gateways, Wi-Fi extenders, firmware workflows, production environments, end-to-end validation, and controlled tester groups.
- Evaluate security, port, and network configurations while using scripted scans and collected data to identify defects, missed requirements, and issue criticality.
- Ensure product designs are feasible, functional, scalable, and supported by rigorous testing and quality assurance processes.
- Partner with labs, field technicians, development, supply chain, marketing, sales, engineering, and manufacturing teams to support product delivery, defect resolution, documentation, and reporting.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products to inform development strategies and translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Gather customer feedback, understand user needs, and incorporate insights into continuous product improvement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Data Science/Analytics, or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of fiber and mobility internet service installation and ordering processes.
- Experience with network technology, firmware validation, data analysis, automation, quality assurance, or related product development activities preferred.
