About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, quality standards, market needs, and strategic objectives.
Lead research, design, testing, and development for residential and business gateways, Wi-Fi extenders, firmware workflows, production environments, end-to-end validation, and controlled tester groups.
Evaluate security, port, and network configurations while using scripted scans and collected data to identify defects, missed requirements, and issue criticality.
Ensure product designs are feasible, functional, scalable, and supported by rigorous testing and quality assurance processes.
Partner with labs, field technicians, development, supply chain, marketing, sales, engineering, and manufacturing teams to support product delivery, defect resolution, documentation, and reporting.
Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products to inform development strategies and translate requirements into technical specifications.
Gather customer feedback, understand user needs, and incorporate insights into continuous product improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Data Science/Analytics, or equivalent work experience.
Knowledge of fiber and mobility internet service installation and ordering processes.
Experience with network technology, firmware validation, data analysis, automation, quality assurance, or related product development activities preferred.
