Lead, Learning Business Partner

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with business leaders to align learning priorities with strategic goals and performance needs.
- Translate business needs into capability-building strategies, roadmaps, and learning solutions.
- Identify capability gaps, risks, and opportunities that impact workforce readiness.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business value, urgency, feasibility, and expected impact.
- Lead stakeholder alignment between the business and learning function.
- Define success measures and monitor progress against business outcomes.
- Key Deliverables: Business-aligned capability plans and learning roadmaps, prioritized portfolio recommendations focused on high-value needs, stakeholder engagement plans that drive alignment, adoption, and accountability, success measures, business cases, and updates that communicate impact, risks, and progress.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience consulting with business leaders or cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Business acumen with the ability to connect capability needs to enterprise priorities
- Ability to assess and prioritize needs based on impact, urgency, and feasibility
- Ability to use data and insights to guide recommendations
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
