Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with business leaders to align learning priorities with strategic goals and performance needs.
  • Translate business needs into capability-building strategies, roadmaps, and learning solutions.
  • Identify capability gaps, risks, and opportunities that impact workforce readiness.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business value, urgency, feasibility, and expected impact.
  • Lead stakeholder alignment between the business and learning function.
  • Define success measures and monitor progress against business outcomes.
  • Key Deliverables: Business-aligned capability plans and learning roadmaps, prioritized portfolio recommendations focused on high-value needs, stakeholder engagement plans that drive alignment, adoption, and accountability, success measures, business cases, and updates that communicate impact, risks, and progress.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience consulting with business leaders or cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Business acumen with the ability to connect capability needs to enterprise priorities
  • Ability to assess and prioritize needs based on impact, urgency, and feasibility
  • Ability to use data and insights to guide recommendations
  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
