About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conducts end-to-end project management of multiple concurrent L&D initiatives that are cross-functional and strategic in nature.
  • Oversees all phases of the project lifecycle including intake, planning, development, logistics, delivery readiness, execution, measurement, and continuous improvement.
  • Directs cross-functional teams to complete project deliverables within defined timelines and scope.
  • Partners with Strategists, SMEs, Learning Delivery Teams (LTDs), and Workforce Management to ensure alignment between business strategy, learning solutions, and execution.
  • Defines project scope, objectives, milestones, and resource requirements.
  • Develops detailed work plans, schedules, and status reporting to ensure project visibility and accountability.
  • Leads project governance through kickoff meetings, status calls, and stakeholder communication, proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and removing roadblocks.
  • Ensures adherence to quality standards across deliverables and manages the integration of cross-functional and vendor contributions where applicable.
  • Drives measurement and reporting of project outcomes, including KPIs and success metrics.
  • Leads post-mortem analysis to capture insights, best practices, and opportunities for improvement, and communicates results to stakeholders through client readouts and executive updates.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–7 years of project management experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Proven track record managing projects from initiation through closure on time and on budget.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
  • Prior L&D, learning operations, or training program management experience.
  • Familiarity with training operations, instructional design lifecycles, and learning content vendors.
