About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end talent marketing strategies aligned to enterprise hiring priorities.
- Define audience strategies using talent market insights, competitive intelligence, candidate behavior data, and hiring demand.
- Execute integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels while managing full-funnel performance.
- Shape and activate employer brand, content, and digital experiences that strengthen candidate attraction and engagement.
- Oversee media strategy, channel investment, talent community, CRM, and candidate nurture programs to drive pipeline outcomes.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders to develop attraction strategies, solve hiring challenges, and influence workforce outcomes through data-driven recommendations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in talent marketing, employer brand, recruitment marketing, or digital marketing, including ownership of attraction strategy and campaign performance
- Experience leading integrated talent marketing campaigns with measurable hiring outcomes
- Experience leveraging CRM platforms, talent communities, nurture campaigns, and candidate engagement strategies
- Experience using funnel analytics, attribution, testing, and ROI measurement to optimize performance
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale, high-volume, or complex hiring environments with multiple stakeholder groups
- Experience partnering with agencies, media partners, and vendors while using market intelligence and competitive insights to inform talent attraction strategies
