About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with business leaders to understand strategic priorities, performance goals, and key challenges
- Translate business needs into learning and capability-building strategies that drive measurable performance outcomes
- Identify risks, opportunities, and gaps impacting business success
- Prioritize initiatives based on value, feasibility, and business impact
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the learning function
- Define success metrics tied to business outcomes and track progress across initiatives
- Advocate for enterprise learning standards and ensure consistency across programs
- Monitor portfolio performance and adjust strategies in collaboration with stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5–7 years of experience in:
- - Strategic consulting or advisory roles
- - Stakeholder management and influencing without authority
- - Business acumen and operational understanding
- - Needs assessment and prioritization
- - Data-informed decision making
- - Executive communication
