Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with business leaders to understand strategic priorities, performance goals, and key challenges
  • Translate business needs into learning and capability-building strategies that drive measurable performance outcomes
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and gaps impacting business success
  • Prioritize initiatives based on value, feasibility, and business impact
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the learning function
  • Define success metrics tied to business outcomes and track progress across initiatives
  • Advocate for enterprise learning standards and ensure consistency across programs
  • Monitor portfolio performance and adjust strategies in collaboration with stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5–7 years of experience in:
  • - Strategic consulting or advisory roles
  • - Stakeholder management and influencing without authority
  • - Business acumen and operational understanding
  • - Needs assessment and prioritization
  • - Data-informed decision making
  • - Executive communication
