About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Learning Experience Designers
- Set the vision for modern, performance-based learning design (vs. content-heavy training)
- Translate business needs into scalable, learner-centered learning strategies
- Oversee end-to-end design of blended learning solutions across channels and platforms
- Ensure quality, consistency, and measurable outcomes across all learning deliverables
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders; align on priorities, outcomes, and investment
- Leverage AI, data, and emerging technologies to improve speed, quality, and impact
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and design excellence
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of Learning & Development, learning design, or capability-building experience
- Experience leading teams delivering scalable learning solutions
- Strong ability to translate business needs into performance-driven design
- Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning, and human-centered design principles
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment
- Change leadership experience supporting organizational transformation
- Experience with AI-enabled design practices, personalization, or adaptive learning (preferred)
- Strong digital learning platform and technology acumen (preferred)
- Experience leading change or transformation initiatives (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
