Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily store operations, ensuring profitability, exceptional customer service, inventory management and efficient supervision of staff
Lead a team of Assistant Store Managers and Retail Store Consultants to accomplish sales, customer satisfaction and operational goals
Ensure the store meets sales performance, profitability targets and high levels of customer satisfaction through coaching and training of employees
Maintain and manage optimal inventory levels at store location
Complete accounting and reports associated with sales, receipts and prices
Maintain the corporate standard of store appearance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors degree (BS/BA) desired
1+ years of related sales, retail, or call center customer facing experience
