About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and articulate the next generation of AT&T Guarantee promises—Shape the product roadmap and align it to long term business goals.
  • Champion a customer-obsessed mindset across all product initiatives, ensuring customer needs and pain points are at the center of every decision.
  • Analyze and translate Net Promoter Score (NPS) and other customer feedback metrics into actionable strategies that improve customer loyalty, drive revenue growth, and expand market share.
  • Build out business cases and tie NPS improvements and product capabilities to profitability.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle: conception, development, launch, growth, maturity, and iteration or retirement.
  • Continuously evaluate product performance, gather customer feedback, and implement enhancements to maximize customer value.
  • Ensure robust processes for product updates, feature releases.
  • Analyze industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Identify differentiators and develop strategic responses to maintain and expand market leadership and play to win customers.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, business units, Engineering, Network, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to deliver a seamless and trustworthy customer experience.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management or product marketing, ideally in telecom, consumer tech, or subscription-based services.
  • Proven track record of leading complex products through the full lifecycle, from vision and strategy to execution and optimization.
  • Superior executive communication, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Deep customer-first mindset and a passion for transforming insights into measurable business impact.
  • Bonus: Product marketing experience—such as go-to-market planning, product positioning, or driving customer adoption strategies—is a plus.
