About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop network layouts, ensure compliance, conduct feasibility studies, perform capacity planning, and manage cell site equipment layout and parameter definition
Monitor and optimize network performance, troubleshoot issues, analyze RAN data, and perform RF optimization and capacity management
Deploy network solutions, conduct testing and validation, manage configurations, and oversee the installation, maintenance, and optimization of wireless RAN systems
Diagnose and resolve network issues, including satellite network routing problems
Work with stakeholders, manage vendor relationships, provide customer support, and coordinate installation, maintenance, and optimization activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in a Technical or Engineering field desired
2+ years of related experience
Certification in some areas is required
Provide expert radio frequency (RF) engineering and Radio Access Network (RAN) design engineering
In-depth knowledge of RAN technologies
Ability to resolve moderately difficult problems
Experience working independently on expansive projects with minimal supervision
