Senior HR Business Partner
AT&TSenior HR Business Partner at AT&T supporting HR strategies to optimize workforce performance and drive organizational growth. Collaborating with management, ensuring compliance, and analyzing HR metrics.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborating with senior management to develop HR strategies that support business goals.
- Designing and implementing programs to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Ensuring HR policies and practices comply with local, state, and federal laws.
- Identifying and mitigating risks related to employee management.
- Analyzing HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes.
- Providing regular reports on HR activities and outcomes to senior management.
- Supporting processes related to client support, change management, performance management, training and development, culture, inclusion, employee engagement, morale and retention.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred
- 3+ years’ experience in HR operations, transactional HR, or related roles, especially within AT&T tools
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data confidentiality standards
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and deliver accurate work under deadlines
- Effective interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficiency with HR systems (Workday experience highly preferred)
- Comfort with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
