About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead partner programs and operational strategies that support business growth, readiness, and execution across indirect channels.
  • Oversee high-impact projects and programs from concept through implementation, ensuring strong execution and measurable results.
  • Partner across business units and with senior leadership to align priorities and support go-to-market initiatives.
  • Drive adoption of tools, reporting, and operational processes that improve visibility, streamline workflows, and enhance execution.
  • Develop enablement materials, events, and learning opportunities that support partner engagement and sales effectiveness.
  • Analyze performance data to identify opportunities and improve program outcomes over time.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired
  • Experience in partner operations, channel operations, compliance, contracting, onboarding, or risk programs in a complex enterprise environment
  • Experience negotiating or administering partner agreements and resolving issues with professionalism and clarity
  • Experience collaborating with executive leaders and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
  • Supervisory experience, including leading teams and providing guidance across programs and initiatives
