About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize design solutions
- Design and develop user interface features, site animations, and special effects elements
- Conduct thorough user research to understand user needs and behaviors
- Develop and organize the structure and flow of information within the product
- Determine optimal layout, media, and technology based on client requirements
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI designers, developers, and product managers
- Ensure designs comply with usability and accessibility standards
- Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
- Guide others, applying advanced principles and company practices
- Lead moderate sized projects (or parts of larger projects) with strategic value
- Operate autonomously with frequent senior leadership interaction
Requirements
What you’ll need- Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Engineering
- Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or three (3) years of experience in a related occupation
- Wireframing and prototyping using industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Using UX workflow tools including FigJam, Jira, and iTrack
- Utilizing front-end development fundamentals with hands-on expertise in markup languages and technologies including HTML5, CSS3, SASS, JavaScript, XML, and XHTML
- In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, the employer will accept an additional two (2) years of experience in a related occupation
