About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize design solutions
  • Design and develop user interface features, site animations, and special effects elements
  • Conduct thorough user research to understand user needs and behaviors
  • Develop and organize the structure and flow of information within the product
  • Determine optimal layout, media, and technology based on client requirements
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI designers, developers, and product managers
  • Ensure designs comply with usability and accessibility standards
  • Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
  • Guide others, applying advanced principles and company practices
  • Lead moderate sized projects (or parts of larger projects) with strategic value
  • Operate autonomously with frequent senior leadership interaction

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Engineering
  • Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or three (3) years of experience in a related occupation
  • Wireframing and prototyping using industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Using UX workflow tools including FigJam, Jira, and iTrack
  • Utilizing front-end development fundamentals with hands-on expertise in markup languages and technologies including HTML5, CSS3, SASS, JavaScript, XML, and XHTML
  • In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, the employer will accept an additional two (2) years of experience in a related occupation
