About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize design solutions
Design and develop user interface features, site animations, and special effects elements
Conduct thorough user research to understand user needs and behaviors
Develop and organize the structure and flow of information within the product
Determine optimal layout, media, and technology based on client requirements
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI designers, developers, and product managers
Ensure designs comply with usability and accessibility standards
Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Guide others, applying advanced principles and company practices
Lead moderate sized projects (or parts of larger projects) with strategic value
Operate autonomously with frequent senior leadership interaction

Requirements

What you’ll need

Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Engineering
Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or three (3) years of experience in a related occupation
Wireframing and prototyping using industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Using UX workflow tools including FigJam, Jira, and iTrack
Utilizing front-end development fundamentals with hands-on expertise in markup languages and technologies including HTML5, CSS3, SASS, JavaScript, XML, and XHTML
In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, the employer will accept an additional two (2) years of experience in a related occupation
