About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive research and development initiatives, integrate emerging technologies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to develop and implement innovative, scalable, and robust systems aligning with organizational goals.
  • Serve as subject matter expert during the continuous integration/continuous deployment cycle in a production environment focused on complex design, engineering and development.
  • Lead complex projects from inception to implementation and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Communicate project progress and technical concepts to stakeholders.
  • Conduct quantitative, algorithmic and theory-based analysis for addressing business issues in information extraction and synthesis, data mining, data visualization, network design and optimization, market and financial analysis, operations research, and decision support systems.
  • Architect, design and develop network operational support systems for managing physical, data link and transport layer aspects of telecommunication networks.
  • Develop and deploy cloud native applications on public and private clouds, using Linux, Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Develop enterprise applications using Java, J2EE/JEE, Spring Framework, SpringBoot, Hibernate/JPA, XML, JMS, WebServices (SOAP and REST), Python, SQL, Oracle, MySQL and UNIX shells.
  • Develop user interfaces using JavaScript, Java Servlets and Angular framework.
  • Develop and customize cloud native applications in the ServiceNow platform.
  • Develop, test and deploy applications using Junit, Mockito, Git/GitHub, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins and Helm.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Engineering, Applied Computer Science, or Computer Applications
  • 2 years of experience in the job offered or 2 years of experience in a related occupation utilizing Linux, Docker and Kubernetes
  • Utilizing Java, J2EE/JEE, Spring Framework, SpringBoot, Hibernate/JPA, XML, JMS, WebServices (SOAP and REST), Python, SQL, Oracle, MySQL and UNIX shells
  • Utilizing JavaScript, Java Servlets and Angular framework
  • Developing and customizing cloud native applications in the ServiceNow platform
  • Utilizing Junit, Mockito, Git/GitHub, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins and Helm.
