About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive Revenue Growth: Strategically manage and grow client relationships to achieve and exceed sales targets for AT&T’s products, services, and solutions.
- Develop Sales Strategies: Implement effective sales plans to generate new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
- Provide Consultative Solutions: Utilize consultative selling skills to identify client needs, deliver tailored presentations, and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze Market Trends: Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities.
- Respond to RFPs: Prepare detailed responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), aligning solutions with client requirements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced Sales Expertise : Deep understanding of sales principles, practices, and AT&T’s products and services.
- Relationship Management: Proven ability to build, maintain, and expand long-term client relationships.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for delivering presentations and resolving client issues.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to manage large, complex sales with minimal supervision and demonstrate a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Extensive Sales Experience: 8+ years of related sales experience managing complex accounts and achieving high-value sales targets.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferred.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Demonstrated aptitude for resolving client challenges and account discrepancies.
- Mentorship and Leadership: Experience mentoring peers and leading product or sales training initiatives.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of market trends, industry standards, and competitive landscapes.
