About the role
- Bring customized, white glove in-home sales experiences and introduce AT&T technology and services
- Work independently in the field and deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments provided
- Close sales by offering hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions
- Connect with existing customers daily using scheduled appointments provided by AT&T
- Use strong negotiation and communication skills to meet and exceed sales goals
- Participate in paid training, coaching, mentoring, and ongoing learning opportunities
- Use a company vehicle for official business travel and follow required schedules
Requirements
- 1+ years of commission sales experience required
- Outside sales experience highly preferred
- Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
- Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction
- Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
- Maintain a valid driver’s license—be ready to drive (company vehicle provided for official business use only)
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Employment contingent upon successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record
