About the role
- Work with AT&T business products and services focusing on mobility solutions
- Generate new sales revenue by hunting and prospecting within assigned module or territory
- Conduct daily sales calls, cold calling, door knocks and networking
- Understand customer communication and technology needs and present tailored solutions
- Develop new accounts and expand existing accounts through long-term relationship building
- Utilize consultative selling to overcome objections, identify trends, uncover needs, and close opportunities
- Craft responses for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and present proposals to customers
- Design and implement strategic initiatives to grow and retain revenue of assigned complex accounts
- Collaborate with team and work from assigned office location when not in the field
- Meet weekly hours (40) and sales quotas, report and track activity in CRM
Requirements
- 2-5 years of outside sales and/or B2B sales experience (preference for outside telecommunications sales)
- Experience and knowledge in fiber broadband technology
- Proficiency in managing sales funnels and CRM systems
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed assigned sales targets
- Hunter Mindset with resiliency and perseverance
- Strong networking and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet or exceed weekly quotas for cold calls and door knocks
- Valid Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record
- Current auto insurance and a reliable vehicle to meet market transportation needs
