About the role

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a team of cybersecurity project managers and professionals; mentor and coach team members
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IAM projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Implement and refine standardized project management methodologies and tools
  • Monitor project performance, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and budget
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to define and prioritize cybersecurity initiatives and translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans and roadmaps
  • Act as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders; provide updates on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies
  • Develop, manage, and track budgets for cybersecurity programs and projects; provide regular budget forecasts and variance analyses to leadership
  • Drive process improvements and innovation within the cybersecurity PMO; stay current with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

  • Proven track record of leading and mentoring high-performing teams
  • Deep expertise in program and project management, especially in cybersecurity contexts
  • Strong understanding of IAM principles, frameworks, and technologies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
  • Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 8–10+ years of experience in project/program management with a focus on cybersecurity
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a PMO or similar strategic role
  • Certifications: PMP, CISM, or equivalent certifications strongly preferred
  • Supervisory responsibilities required
  • This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.
