About the role
- Design and prototype iOS native applications and responsive web interfaces, including site animations and special effects
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups aligned with brand guidelines
- Conduct user research to understand needs and behaviors and develop information architecture
- Determine optimal layout, media, and technology based on client requirements
- Collaborate with UI designers, developers, and product managers and contribute to the design group’s efforts
- Independently manage multiple projects and lead moderate-sized projects or parts of larger projects
- Ensure designs comply with usability, accessibility, security, and documentation standards
- Maintain comprehensive design documentation and analyze performance to drive future design improvements
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience
- Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role
- Proficient with creating iOS designs, wireframes and interactive prototypes
- Proficient in Figma (including components, design systems, and prototyping)
- Strong understanding of Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and accessibility best practices
- Familiarity with AI-driven research tools, generative design assistants, and personalization systems
- Ability to design conversational interfaces and collaborate with AI teams
- Experience designing for complex iOS native applications and responsive web
- Experience contributing to and refining design systems to ensure consistency across products
- Ability to interpret research findings, create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Ensure designs comply with usability and accessibility standards and maintain comprehensive design documentation
- Office presence required a minimum of 5 days per week in posted locations
