About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise
- Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options
- Be part of community events and make outbound calls to customers
- Work on the sales floor and fulfill online orders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
- Flexible and open to change in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for helping people and meeting sales targets
- Ability to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends
