About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Guide and mentor teams, set standardized Agile practices, and resolve escalations across the organization.
- Drive Agile maturity by assessing team progress, identifying improvement areas, and implementing enhancements in ceremonies, metrics, and working agreements.
- Facilitate essential Scrum events—Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Reviews, and Retrospectives— especially for complex or multi-team work to ensure effective outcomes and time management.
- Remove impediments and manage cross-team dependencies, proactively unblocking teams and coordinating risks across products and platforms.
- Enable predictable delivery by partnering with Product Owners and engineering leaders to prioritize tasks, increase throughput, and stabilize commitments.
- Track and interpret delivery metrics (velocity, cycle time, throughput, defects), communicate insights, and provide transparent progress and risk updates to stakeholders.
- Promote operational excellence and quality by reinforcing readiness and release standards, aligning test strategies, and maintaining incident/defect feedback loops.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Product, Network, Business, DevOps, and Testing teams, to clarify requirements and align priorities for organizational success.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a strong foundation in software development and solution architecture, with over 5 years of progressive experience.
- Skilled in using AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot and other GenAI assistants to enhance documentation, requirements analysis, and stakeholder communications.
- Extensive knowledge of telecom industry standards, business processes, and technology solutions.
- Proven expertise in gathering, documenting, and analyzing complex business and technical requirements.
- Demonstrated leadership in Agile environments, including product backlog management, sprint/release planning, and mentoring teams.
- Excellent communication skills, able to clearly convey technical concepts to both business and IT audiences.
- Experience in conducting technical reviews and maintaining documentation repositories, with preferred background in end-to-end business process optimization and IT portfolio management.
