Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the development and deployment of cutting-edge models and solutions, utilizing deep technological expertise and the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI (GenAI)
Stay at the forefront of AI research, identifying emerging trends, and translating them into practical applications that enhance the organization's competitive edge
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of AI solutions into existing systems
Mentor junior team members to elevate the overall technical proficiency of the team
Establish and maintain the technical infrastructure and network connectivity between data, platforms & production systems
Onboard and enable other team members to develop solutions and utilize best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or Scientific Computing
5 Years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or 5 Years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation with expertise in AI, GenAI, or advanced technological solutions
Strategic vision and innovative solution development
Data sourcing, ETL processes, and infrastructure setup
Supporting technical infrastructure as a System Admin or DBA
Experience in cloud environment such as Azure/AWS
SQL (Snowflake, Postgres, Oracle, SQL Server)
Unix, Python, Databricks, tuning and optimization
