About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and supervise a sales team, optimizing performance and ensuring sales targets are met
- Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new opportunities, expand existing accounts, and drive revenue growth
- Manage key client relationships and provide expertise for complex problems
- Allocate and manage sales territories for optimal coverage
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired
- 8+ years of related sales experience
- Strong product and pricing knowledge
- Experience managing entry to senior-level sales employees
- Understanding of company policies and ability to influence decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action, and promotional activity for subordinates
- Current sales experience within the past 2 years.
