About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead product and platform strategy for enterprise technology services, ensuring clear value propositions, measurable outcomes, and alignment with business priorities.
  • Direct and mentor large, multi-layered teams across IT domains including software delivery, systems architecture, infrastructure, and operations.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of technology solutions, overseeing the software development lifecycle, project execution, resource planning, and budget alignment.
  • Partner with enterprise architecture, infrastructure, and business leaders to define long-term strategy, investment priorities, and roadmap execution.
  • Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, integration, and performance of technology platforms.
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement by integrating emerging technologies, improving reliability, and optimizing cost, performance, and scalability.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience leading large-scale IT operations and enterprise platforms across software, infrastructure, and systems domains.
  • Expertise in software development lifecycle management, including design, delivery, and operational optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, cloud and hybrid platforms, and infrastructure technologies.
  • Experience managing complex programs including budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor coordination.
  • Ability to drive product lifecycle management, including roadmap development, rationalization, and performance tracking.
  • Demonstrated ability to align technical strategy with business outcomes and enterprise goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Computer Science or related field desired.
  • 10+ years of related experience in IT, technology strategy, product management, or enterprise platforms.
  • Proven experience leading large teams, including supervising leaders and senior staff.
  • Strong background influencing hiring, performance management, and organizational development decisions.
  • Experience working across cross-functional initiatives with architecture, product, and infrastructure organizations.
  • Experience in large-scale, high-reliability or regulated environments preferred.
