About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support service assurance and project execution activities to help maintain service quality.
- Assist with coordinating scope, schedule, resources, and cross-functional efforts.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, supporting issue resolution, contributing to process improvements and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of practical experience in service assurance, technical operations, or a related support role.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of automation tools, especially Microsoft Power Automate.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to follow established procedures and apply company policies.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and technically curious.
- English at B2 level or higher.
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferred; technical background is an advantage.
