Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the development of high performance, distributed computing tasks using Big Data technologies
Familiarity with JVM-based function languages including Scala and Clojure
Uses Big Data programming languages and technology to write code, complete documentation, and perform testing and debugging of applications
Analyzes, designs, programs, debugs and modifies software enhancements and/or new products used in distributed, large-scale analytics and visualization solutions
Works in a highly agile environment
Utilize AI/ML tooling and techniques for Data Science solutioning

Requirements

What you’ll need

Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering Physics, or Scientific Computing
Five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation
Utilizing AI/ML tooling and techniques to implement highly productive Data Science solutioning
Experience with supervised/unsupervised predictive analytics, neural networks, and deep learning
Utilizing alternative HDFS-based computing frameworks including Python programming, and AI-Computer Vision
Utilizing Image Processing and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) model packages
