About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee store operations and manage team development
Ensure customers experience best-in-class services, entertainment, and technology
Assist with merchandising and product launches
Help meet and exceed sales objectives
Perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events
Provide best in class paid training for leadership success
Gain experience coaching a team of retail sales consultants to ensure sales and service goals are met

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent communication and leadership skills
Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
Prior management experience
Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls
