About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop network layouts, ensure compliance, perform capacity planning and manage site equipment.
Monitor and optimize network performance to accommodate network growth and change, troubleshoot issues and analyze data and perform optimization and capacity management.
Site Acquisition - finding, securing, and preparing locations for the installation of network infrastructure to include supplier, vendor and contract management with financial and budgetary oversight.
Coordinate stakeholders, suppliers, vendors, employees, and/or contractors to implement SARCs on new or existing site builds for Macro, Small Cell, and In-Building locations.
Develop and manage complex technical project plans, quality management, and processes improvements to continuously improve network performance and reliability.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired
3+ years of related experience
Responsible for the end-to-end planning, design, construction, implementation, and optimization of 5G and Fiber Network infrastructure.
