About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide real-time audio/video support for large meetings, executive forums, and high-profile events across the HQ campus
Oversee live meeting execution, including room readiness, system validation, audio tuning, video conferencing setup, and real time troubleshooting
Serve as the on-site escalation point during live meetings to quickly resolve AV issues with minimal business impact
Coordinate pre‑event planning with meeting organizers, executive teams, and partners to ensure technical requirements are met
Help to manage daily schedules to provide appropriate coverage for scheduled meetings and special events, including after‑hours support when required
Partner with Enterprise AV (EAV) team, facilities, and vendor teams to maintain reliable meeting environments
Identify recurring issues or risks and work with engineering teams to improve platform reliability and user experience

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science
2+ years of related experience
Certification is required in some areas
