Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of commission sales experience required
Outside sales experience highly preferred
Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction
Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
Maintain a valid driver’s license
Work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
Successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record
