About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee the daily functioning and performance of technology systems
- Manage setup, configuration, and deployment of new technology solutions
- Rapidly respond to and resolve technical problems, providing tier 2 and tier 3 support
- Provide 24x7 direct technical support for all technology and infrastructure
- Act as a single point of contact for clients to understand their technology needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years of related experience
- Certification in some areas required
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Computer Science preferred
