About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • End-to-End Project Management: Supporting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined quality standards.
  • Project Planning and Scheduling: Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and status reports to guide project execution and ensure alignment with objectives.
  • Stakeholder and Vendor Communication: Maintaining regular communication with stakeholders, clients, and vendors to provide project updates, facilitate meetings, and manage expectations.
  • Quality Assurance and Issue Resolution: Ensuring adherence to quality standards by reviewing project deliverables and taking proactive measures to identify, analyze, and resolve any issues or risks.
  • Other duties as assigned: Supporting processes related to resource management, data analysis, reporting, and/or team collaboration.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Valid Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record, current auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle to meet the transportation needs of the market.
  • Open to travel
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • Required Experience: 7+ years of related project/program management experience.
  • Certification is required in some areas.

  • Technical project and/or program management experience required.
  • Experience implementing automation; and strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
