Experienced in using high-level functional systems design, integration, documentation, and implementation methodologies on multiple projects.
Applies principles, methods, and knowledge of the functional area of expertise to specific order requirements.
Creates and provides solutions based on customer requests and site technical requirements.
Skilled in preparing technical documentation and providing services required by the order.

Requirements

What you’ll need

6 years of progressive IT/telecommunications experience in the last ten calendar years.
Expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio applications.
Expertise with Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW).
Extensive knowledge of Cisco’s CUCM telephony product line – BEXX and UCS series servers.
Extensive knowledge of Cisco’s router and switch product line – 83XX Edge Platforms LAN switches (92XX,93XX, etc).
Cisco network operations experience.
Cisco CCNA; CCNP- Collaboration; Certified Voice Engineer
