About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary point of contact for the network organization in the Pacific Northwest
Act as the front-line technical support interface for troubleshooting customer-impacting wireless network issues
Provide advanced technical guidance and resolve complex issues for wireless engineering or technical challenges
Act as a key advisor to clients and sales teams, addressing technical challenges
Develop and deliver executive-level reporting and operations review materials
Lead planning and execution support for major events
Manage capital project change control processes and program updates

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrated experience in Radio Access Network (RAN) engineering and mobile network architecture
Proven ability to engage proactively with internal and external customers, including Sales and cross-functional partners
Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders through clear written and verbal communication and presentations
Strong coordination and project management skills
Flexibility to provide support outside of standard business hours as required
Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations
