Key responsibilities & impact

Team Leadership and Development: Oversee hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluation of technical staff, including RAN engineers, Implementation Managers, OSP technicians, project managers; manage strategic relationships and vendor negotiations.
Network Planning and Technical Expertise: Lead planning, design, installation, and optimization of RAN and OSP infrastructure, providing expert consultation and managing contract resources; coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to implement advanced technologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
Project Management and Execution: Direct teams in the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of network construction and engineering projects, including copper removal and integration of fiber and mobility builds to optimize infrastructure.
Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage project budgets, oversee capital expenditures, and ensure efficient allocation of financial and human resources; manage inventory, tool budgeting, procurement, and supplier coordination.
Compliance, Safety, and Standards: Ensure all activities comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies; conduct in-field safety and quality inspections and enforce safety protocols.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired
5+ years of related experience
Lead and develop high-performing teams responsible for the end-to-end planning, design, construction, implementation, and optimization of 5G and Fiber Network infrastructure
Ensure seamless project execution, regulatory compliance, and adherence to company policies and industry standards
Drive continuous improvement through expert technical leadership, effective stakeholder collaboration, and efficient resource management across RAN, OSP, fiber, and project management functions.
