About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Team Leadership and Development: Oversee hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluation of technical staff, including RAN engineers, Implementation Managers, OSP technicians, project managers; manage strategic relationships and vendor negotiations.
  • Network Planning and Technical Expertise: Lead planning, design, installation, and optimization of RAN and OSP infrastructure, providing expert consultation and managing contract resources; coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to implement advanced technologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Project Management and Execution: Direct teams in the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of network construction and engineering projects, including copper removal and integration of fiber and mobility builds to optimize infrastructure.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage project budgets, oversee capital expenditures, and ensure efficient allocation of financial and human resources; manage inventory, tool budgeting, procurement, and supplier coordination.
  • Compliance, Safety, and Standards: Ensure all activities comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies; conduct in-field safety and quality inspections and enforce safety protocols.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams responsible for the end-to-end planning, design, construction, implementation, and optimization of 5G and Fiber Network infrastructure
  • Ensure seamless project execution, regulatory compliance, and adherence to company policies and industry standards
  • Drive continuous improvement through expert technical leadership, effective stakeholder collaboration, and efficient resource management across RAN, OSP, fiber, and project management functions.
