Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrated experience performing duties within a DoD, federal, or defense-support environment
Ability to operate effectively in a structured, mission-driven, and customer-facing government setting
Experience supporting programs with defined task orders, performance metrics, and delivery timelines
Ability to comply with all federal government contracting, suitability, and security requirements
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with military, civilian, and contractor personnel
Required Clearance: Must be a US Citizen and be able to attain government clearance; SECRET PREFERRED
Bachelor’s degree
4-7 years of related experience
Prior experience supporting USMC, DoD, or other federal defense organizations
Familiarity with Marine Corps organizational structures, operational processes, or logistics/IT environments
Experience briefing or supporting senior government or military leadership
Understanding of federal acquisition, compliance, or operational frameworks
