About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and implement launch strategies and marketing programs.
- Develop and execute GTM plans for new products.
- Conduct deep market analysis to identify customer needs and emerging trends.
- Craft compelling product stories that differentiate AT&T’s offerings in the marketplace.
- Collaborate with product management, sales, operations teams and external business partners.
- Establish/monitor KPIs and metrics to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives.
- Introduce modern marketing tactics adapted for enterprise deployment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years in product marketing, with at least 2 years focused on launching new products.
- Proven experience applying startup-style marketing techniques in large organizations.
- Skills: Agency Partnership Management, Marketing Strategy & Tactics, Guerrilla & Local Marketing, Event Marketing, Store & On‑Site Activations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to innovate within a structured environment. Comfort with ambiguity and a passion for building something new.
