About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, develop, and implement launch strategies and marketing programs.
  • Develop and execute GTM plans for new products.
  • Conduct deep market analysis to identify customer needs and emerging trends.
  • Craft compelling product stories that differentiate AT&T’s offerings in the marketplace.
  • Collaborate with product management, sales, operations teams and external business partners.
  • Establish/monitor KPIs and metrics to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Introduce modern marketing tactics adapted for enterprise deployment.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years in product marketing, with at least 2 years focused on launching new products.
  • Proven experience applying startup-style marketing techniques in large organizations.
  • Skills: Agency Partnership Management, Marketing Strategy & Tactics, Guerrilla & Local Marketing, Event Marketing, Store & On‑Site Activations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to innovate within a structured environment. Comfort with ambiguity and a passion for building something new.
